MORPHEUS TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Morpheus mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Morpheus is an application for dream interpretation and analysis that allows users to record, analyze, and understand their dreams through artificial intelligence and psychological analysis features.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 The App offers premium subscriptions that can be purchased through in-app purchases.

3.2 We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly subscription: €4.99 per month

  • Annual subscription: €29.99 per year (equivalent to €2.49 per month)

3.3 All subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription.

3.4 Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.5 Subscription management and auto-renewal settings can be adjusted in the App Store account settings.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are managed by Apple according to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly for purchases made through the App Store. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support.

5. USE OF THE APP

5.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

5.2 You must not:

  • Use the App fraudulently or in connection with any crime;

  • Use the App to send offensive or harmful content;

  • Attempt to decompile, modify, or hack the App;

  • Use the App in a way that damages, disables, or compromises our systems.

6. USER CONTENT

6.1 You retain ownership of all content uploaded or created within the App.

6.2 You grant Morpheus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing you with the App's services.

7. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy, available at:

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

8.2 Morpheus does not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or function without interruptions.

8.3 Morpheus is not responsible for any decisions made by users based on the dream interpretations provided by the App.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon the publication of the updated Terms. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without notice, for any behavior that we believe violates these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
